Does anyone know a good source for blank brass copper etc cuff bracelets? I want to redesign them and sell?

I am interested in buying cuff bracelets to refurbish, that is , add stones and beads and resell on E bay or at art fairs
Vintage or new from craft companies??
No craft catalogs seem to carry cuff ones just links and chains and the like
