Can I take a cubic zirconia out of a ring and put in a real diamond?

My girlfriend and I are looking at engagement rings recently, but we already have a diamond to put in the ring. Therefore, we just need a setting. After looking around, we’ve found some bands with cubic zirconia stones in them that are cheaper and higher quality than just buying the setting by itself. It is possible or feasible to buy on these rings with a cubic zirconia in it and switch out the stone with the diamond we have?

Yup! Gotta go to the jeweler though.
