nice way to say thank you?

My godmother gave me a bridal shower and even I have my mom to come flying out! I want to thank in more a card. I'm doing a picture book for a gift to give the rehearsal dinner, but for the shower I wanted to give a small gift to say thank you. She really loves Willowtree (these beautiful wood carvings), and that gave willowtree box that says "Thank You" in it http://www.catholicsupply.com/christmas/_borders/16665.JPG I wonder what I can put in the box. She really is not into jewelry too (allergic to most metals), but I put on something nice. Any ideas cute?
