How soon can I wear dangle earrings after getting them pierced?

I’m getting my ears pierced this weekend – my friends wedding is in 8 weeks and I want to wear dangle earrings by then. Is that too soon? Or will that be okay? What if I wore them only for pictures, the ceremony, and the reception but then took them out as soon as it was over? Cuz I know some people say to wait 6 months before wearing dangles! But I don’t want to wait that long

i think it would be okay as long as your ears are fully healed and you don’t leave them in too long!!!
